We were contracted by Polaris to repair the baffles and to do parts changes on the trailer under the boat. We traveled from Key West to Lake Havasu and many locations in California to solve this problem under manufacturer's warranty.

   Baja Hired Us to Repair and Replace Defective Headliners

We traveled extensively for Baja Marine repairing interiors and headliners. Traveling from Minnesota, to Washington DC ,Iowa, Key West and several location in Florida. As well as spending a week in the Baja factory repairing boats in there shop under warranty.

They had an issue with the glue they were using in the production of the 38. Special and several 342's and 420's. So we took the existing headliner and installed it in many boats. Pictured here is a glued up that was replaced with a custom. We also replaced many headliners for them under warranty that had this system and it was discovered they were being trimmed wrong in production.
